Style RX is a pressure-energized adaptation of the standard Style R gasket. The RX is designed to fit the same groove design as a standard Style R, making the joints interchangeable as the internal pressure of the system increases.
Style RX gaskets are manufactured in accordance with both API 6A and ASME B16.20 size/ratings, all certified to API 6A through EN10204 Type 3.2.
They are available in a range of materials including 316 Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Low Mild Steel, PTFE, PTFE Insert, PTFE Coated and Super Duplex.
Sizes available are from RX20 through to RX215
